            Accountabilities: As a Regional Senior Brand Manager Derma NEA , you will be leading multiple skincare categories and high-profile projects as you drive the overall success of the Eucerin brand and business. You will report directly to the Regional Marketing & Innovation Director to manage key regional strategies and marketing plans for NEA with a focus on the Chinese Market: 1) Brand Strategy and Category Management ? Drive brand and category direction and lead countries towards strong brand health & dermatological skin care expertise, market share growth, Net Sales & profitability targets? ? Manage the development of strategic 5Y roadmap and annual PMP marketing plans together with countries and global teams ? Steer discussions on portfolio architecture, assortment strategy, innovation pipeline with country marketing teams 2) NPD Go-to-Market Planning ? Lead GTM planning for global and Asia NPD innovations ensuring incremental growth for the brand? ? Support global IIM launch (in assigned category) to make sure it successfully roll out in NEA, driving strategic direction as well as operational project tasks such as commitment calculations etc 3) Communications Development ? Lead regional communication projects including Key Visual, Digital Assets, TVC & Films, etc. – working closely with agency to deliver breakthrough & uplift communication materials that best fits with Asian consumers 4) Business Partnering & Marketing Operations ? Serve as key business partner with country teams and global teams to identify key challenges, opportunities, competitor assessments, marketing planning, launch tracking, etc. ? Support country requirements on key projects, campaign assets, research and testing, claims, infopack sharing, best practices, etc. to ensure markets are winning in their local battles ? Lead various regional operations and special projects i.e. Artwork Management, Omnibus, BPR, Brand Guidelines, DCC, etc. ? Monthly business reviews & analysis –?deriving in-depth insights on countries market performance defining and recommending actions for best in class market performance of brand, products and activations? 5) Marketing Intelligence & Knowledge ? In depth consumer understanding, identifying key consumer needs and how to leverage these with existing assortment or potential new product developments feeding into global and regional innovation pipeline ? Monitor market dynamics and competitors activities, actively identifying threads and opportunities to share practice cases across countries Qualifications: ? 6+ years of relevant job experience with successful track record within FMCG industry mainly gained in Chinese market ? Working experience with skin care / cosmetics industry, preferably with dermatological or premium brands ? Proven track record in successfully go to market campaigns? ? Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset with strong ‘Can Do’ Attitude ? Strategic and Analytic Thinker with Creative Mindset ? Can formulate own opinions on different matters, with strong communication and presentation skills ? Able to manage cross functional teams, to lead and co-create commitment across the entire organization and with stakeholders ? Able to successfully collaborate with diverse functions and partners (Sales, eCom, Digital, Medical Management, R&D, Agencies etc.) ? Strong command of Chinese & English both spoken and written
